Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance as well as troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery and associated auxiliary systems to ensure optimal operational performance and minimize downtime.
Proficiently identify and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
Ensure all machinery is correctly configured and prepared for production operations.
Monitor machine operations regularly and implement required modifications to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Proactively address equipment issues and conduct regular upkeep to ensure seamless production operations, thereby reducing downtime and maintaining high efficiency.
To guarantee that all products adhere to established quality standards, meticulous inspections and thorough assessments must be conducted at each stage of the production process. This involves verifying compliance with specified criteria, identifying any deviations, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain consistency and excellence in output.
