JOB DESCRIPTION:

We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a sharp business sense to join our rapidly expanding bakery and drive higher daily bread production and sales.

You will play a key role in expanding our daily bread sales through direct engagement with customers and community outreach initiatives.

Daily fieldwork constitutes the core of this role, with no time spent in an office setting.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established policies. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and achieve organizational goals. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader company initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism. Identify opportunities for innovation and cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation and operational effectiveness.

• Conduct in-home and workplace visits to promote and sell bread products directly to customers.

• Cultivate a robust base of regular customers within the operational regions.

Recruit, oversee, and develop a high-performing team of sales and delivery agents to drive operational excellence and meet performance targets. Implement strategic hiring initiatives to attract top talent, while providing ongoing training, performance evaluations, and mentorship to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment to maximize agent productivity and customer satisfaction.

Equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and deliver bread, ensuring they understand the product’s value and customer expectations. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to enhance their performance in meeting sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Consistently monitor and drive the expansion of daily sales targets to ensure steady growth.

• Provide daily updates on sales performance and customer acquisition metrics.

Assist customers in comprehending the pre-order system for bread to facilitate early ordering.

Strong proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in project management and organizational planning. Candidates must exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in relevant software applications is required, and familiarity with industry-specific tools is preferred.
