JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment. Develop and implement effective processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and innovation across all operational functions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Act as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating transparent communication and alignment with company goals.
Our role involves promoting and driving sales of air conditioning units, home appliances, and smart home solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with prospective clients, establishing initial contact through various communication channels.
Conduct follow-up activities with prospective clients and existing accounts to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and sustain productive professional connections.
Achieve and surpass established sales targets and strategic objectives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution.
Deliver comprehensive details regarding product specifications, pricing structures, and ongoing promotional activities to ensure customer clarity and engagement.
Additionally, you may be tasked with handling various other duties as they arise or as assigned by management from time to time.

• Candidates must possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related field.
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
