Job Summary

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that align with each client’s business objectives. The successful candidate will partner with clients and internal teams to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational improvements.

Oversee and manage the primary duties and functions essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance standards. Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.

Provide clients with expert guidance on HR policies, employment law compliance, and industry best practices to proactively address risks and optimize workforce productivity.

Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation and distribution of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, renewal agreements, official correspondence, and internal memos.

Responsible for ensuring employee records—such as contracts, personnel files, and all other HR-related documentation—remain current, complete, and compliant at all times.

Responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of outsourced staff engagement, from overseeing new hire orientation to coordinating the exit process.

Address employee questions regarding HR policies, leave benefits, and other relevant HR topics.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee information by gathering and validating data required for payroll processing.

Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding attendance issues, salary discrepancies, and other employee benefit payment concerns.

• Provide support to maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all staff regarding Ghana Card and SSN IT details.

Collaborate across diverse internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop and implement comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client specifications.

Ensure that all scanned employment documents for client employees are submitted promptly each month.

To remain at the forefront of the field, continuously monitor industry developments and advancements in HR technologies, leveraging these insights to champion innovation and implement best practices.

Submit precise weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports to management on schedule to uphold accountability.
