Oversee and execute critical duties to ensure operational efficiency and team performance, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering high-quality results within established deadlines. Sales & Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of wholesale and retail sales channels for pre-owned vehicles across Accra, Team, and their surrounding regions, with a primary focus on attaining and exceeding predetermined sales targets.
• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the used car market by meticulously analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and customer preferences.
• Cultivating and sustaining strong partnerships with regional automotive dealers, distributors, and private buyers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term trust is a key responsibility of this role.

Remuneration
