REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proven proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, LOOKUP, and complex formulas. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software. Compensation for this role is structured at a fixed annual salary of $120,000, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package comprising health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and twelve days of paid time off annually. Successful candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in project management, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, and proficiency in Agile methodologies, Microsoft Project, and JIRA. Key responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

GHS 300 monthly is provided on a conditional basis, complemented by a 10% commission on sales and an additional 50% of the mark-up difference.

Demonstrated proficiency in articulate expression, persuasive dialogue, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively through clear and compelling messaging.
