Compensation for this role is structured at a fixed annual salary of $120,000, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package comprising health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and twelve days of paid time off annually. Successful candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in project management, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, and proficiency in Agile methodologies, Microsoft Project, and JIRA. GHS 300 monthly is provided on a conditional basis, complemented by a 10% commission on sales and an additional 50% of the mark-up difference.
