Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives, ensuring robust market coverage, enhanced brand visibility, and optimized agent productivity. Their role will involve meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently within the designated territory.

Oversee the execution of critical duties essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. • Source and integrate new individual wallet customers into the platform.

• Facilitate the activation of digital wallets and verify that customers complete their initial transactions.

Provide assistance during onboarding initiatives across various locations, including markets, campuses, transport hubs, and community gatherings.

• Source and establish relationships with small business owners and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to facilitate their onboarding onto the platform.

Provide assistance to agents in driving customer acquisition efforts and executing promotional initiatives.

Develop and implement field marketing initiatives and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Maintain meticulous documentation of every onboarding procedure to ensure thorough and precise record-keeping.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex issues and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms. Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A minimum of five years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a technical or IT environment. Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies to proactively address potential challenges. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
