The School is looking for a skilled and seasoned Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to provide services as an independent contractor and become part of our dedicated inclusive learning support team.

The ideal candidate will deliver tailored services to students spanning Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, offering one-on-one and small-group therapy to foster speech, language, and communication growth. REQUIRED SKILLS:

We seek candidates possessing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior leadership or project management experience is highly desirable. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected, alongside the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient expertise in relevant fields, a strong background in related disciplines, and demonstrated proficiency in essential tasks are required. Candidates must possess the necessary skills and capabilities to excel in this role, including a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices. Prior experience in similar positions is highly valued, along with the ability to adapt to evolving challenges and deliver measurable results. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to meet the demands of this position effectively.

A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.

A current and valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology is required for this position.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in educational environments, working with children ranging from ages three to eighteen.

Proficient knowledge of international education frameworks and diverse cultural learning environments is highly desirable.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong proficiency in managing time effectively.

Proficient in utilizing modern technology and digital platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.

Proficiency in established therapeutic techniques such as PROMPT and V&V is required.
