JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual to join our rapidly expanding bakery and drive incremental growth in our daily bread sales.

You will be responsible for helping us grow daily bread sales by working directly with customers, and communities.

Daily, you will operate in the field rather than a traditional office setting.

Oversee and execute key operational duties, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and fostering efficiency throughout the process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that enhance productivity and performance. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders to maintain alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, manage resources effectively, allocate responsibilities, and uphold compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

I conduct on-site visits to residential and commercial locations to promote and sell bread products.

• Cultivate a robust base of regular clientele within the operational regions.

Provide comprehensive training and support to your team to ensure they master effective sales techniques and delivery processes for bread products.

Ensure consistent growth in daily sales targets.

Compiles and submits daily reports on sales performance and customer acquisition trends to senior management for review.

Assist customers in comprehending the pre-order system for bread to facilitate their early ordering process.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from GHS 1,000 to GHS 1,500.

A performance bonus will be provided, which is contingent upon the achievement of predetermined sales growth targets.
