Visit residential and commercial properties to promote our bread products.

• Cultivate a robust daily customer base within our operational regions.

• Responsible for the recruitment, training, and ongoing management of both sales agents and delivery agents to ensure optimal team performance and operational efficiency.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to your team, equipping them with the essential skills and techniques required to effectively market and distribute bread products.

Ensure that daily sales targets experience consistent growth.

Compiles and submits daily reports detailing sales performance and customer acquisition metrics.

Assist customers in comprehending the pre-order system for bread to facilitate early ordering.

Required Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
